**Your Role**

As a **Nursing Instructor**, you will inspire, educate, and guide students through classroom, laboratory, and clinical learning experiences. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education aligned with California Board standards while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

**What You’ll Do**

• Deliver dynamic instruction in classroom, lab, and clinical settings
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum outcomes
• Evaluate student progress through exams, assignments, and hands-on assessments
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to support student success
• Create engaging skills lab experiences that build confidence and competence
• Maintain accurate student records (attendance, grades, evaluations)
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies
• Support accreditation efforts and continuous program improvement
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment

## Qualifications

## **Qualifications**

• **Education & Experience:**
• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of recent RN experience, **OR**
• Associate’s degree + 6 years of recent RN experience
• **Licensure:**
• Active California RN license
• **Preferred:**
• Coursework in education or teaching methodology

• Travel may be required to assigned teaching locations
