## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Master’s degree in the discipline (or 18 graduate credit hours in the field) from an accredited institution.
• A **Ph.D. is required** for teaching at the graduate level.
• **Experience:**
• A minimum of **three years of relevant professional experience** is required.
• At least **one year of teaching experience in higher education** is preferred.
• **Skills and Competencies:**
• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional methods and the ability to motivate and evaluate students effectively.
