**Client Service Specialist – Part Time - Float**

***Willamette Valley Bank***is looking for a warm, engaging Client Service Specialist who enjoys building genuine connections with customers, community members, and teammates. This part-time role offers variety and flexibility, as it will float between our branches throughout the beautiful Willamette Valley.

**Some of the Key Responsibilities Include**

• Handles basic account inquiries on phone and in person for existing and prospective customers
• Assists customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and wire transfers
• Works as part of a team to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
• Displays commitment to financial success of customer and WVBK through diligence and adherence to safety protocols including confidentiality, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different team environments and operational procedures
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking, retail or service industries
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong desire to educate and influence customer use of technology and bank products
• Ability to always display professional demeanor
• Comfortable traveling between branches in the Willamette Valley; reliable transportation is essential
• Critical thinking and problem resolution skills are required
• Strong communication skills
