Primary Responsibilities

• Manage technical operations supporting television, radio, streaming, and digital broadcast services.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadcast, production, transmission, and IT systems.
• Coordinate technical support for live broadcasts, special events, and remote productions.
• Supervise engineering and technical personnel, assigning work priorities and monitoring performance.
• Ensure broadcast systems operate efficiently and minimize on-air disruptions and technical downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for broadcast equipment and infrastructure.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and deployment of new technologies, equipment, and system upgrades.
• Stays abreast of the latest/new technology
• Researches, gathers, and logs video and audio feeds
• Operates computers
• Completes tasks accurately and independently prior to deadline, in according with editorial and production priorities
• Functions as effective member of a team
• May serve as a team leader, assigning work and coaching team members and reporting to management on their performance
• Other related duties as assigned
