**Pioneer Bank is searching for a high energy, passionate individual to join our Retail Services Team in the St. Peter Branch!**

**This is a tremendous opportunity to join our professional teammates in our St. Peter Branch! In this position you will provide an extraordinary customer experience as you welcome, assist and build relationships with all customers while fulfilling their financial needs. You are the positive face of our organization, bringing energy, passion and a problem-solving attitude with each customer interaction!**

**Important day-to-day responsibilities include:**

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash recycler.
• Strengthen relationships with customers by making eye contact, greeting them by name, researching necessary information and assisting them with all questions in person and on the phone.
• Ensure the privacy of customer information and educate customers on ways to protect themselves
• Serve as a trusted resource for all customers

## Qualifications

• Previous banking experience preferred, but willing to train the right person!

Hours of availability: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, and a Saturday morning rotation - 8 am - 11:00 am
