Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑focused, and comfortable working with mechanical and electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair **mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic** systems
• Perform **basic high‑voltage electrical troubleshooting** safely and effectively
• Maintain auxiliary equipment such as compressors, chillers, conveyors, and related systems
• Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Follow all safety policies, including **LOTO, OSHA**, and other site safety procedures
• Maintain tools, organize work areas, and assist with spare parts inventory
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation *(nice to have, not required)*

## Qualifications
**Must‑Have Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or GED
• **At least 2 years of experience** in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
• Ability to perform **basic high‑voltage electrical troubleshooting**
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and/or move **50–75 lbs**
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on equipment for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

**Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications**

• Technical certification or training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, drives, and control panels
• Welding or light fabrication experience
