## Description

Job Purpose

• A Dozer Equipment Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for driving and controlling a bulldozer to level land, move earth, and clear construction sites. The operator will work under supervision to ensure safety and meet project goals effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers, to perform tasks such as leveling land, moving earth, and clearing construction sites.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance to ensure machinery is in safe and efficient working condition.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and project completion.
• Collaborate closely with other construction workers to maintain project timelines and achieve project goals.
• Work in various weather conditions while maintaining physical fitness to perform job duties effectively.

## Qualifications

Required Education

• Technical knowledge in understanding how to properly operate and maintain heavy equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or ID.

Required Experience

• Experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers.
• Experience in performing pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Able to lift 50+lbs when needed.
• Ability to work well with others to ensure project goals are met.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery.
