### **POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Huntleigh USA Corporation** is currently seeking a **Baggage Service Office (BSO) Supervisor** for immediate hire at **Dulles International Airport (IAD)**. This is a full-time leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Candidates must have full open availability, including weekends, and be available to start on **April 27, 2026**. This is an urgent hiring need, and qualified applicants will move quickly through the selection process.

### **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Supervise and lead a team of Baggage Service Representatives
• Oversee daily operations of the Baggage Service Office (BSO)
• Manage lost, delayed, and mishandled baggage processes
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of passenger baggage concerns
• Conduct coaching, training, and development of team members
• Coordinate with Ramp, Customer Service, and Flight Operations teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
• Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and airline operational standards

### **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, push, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 75 pounds or more

### **QUALIFICATIONS**

• High School Diploma or equivalent (may be required in some locations)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a reliable contact phone number
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow instructions in English
• Must pass required drug and alcohol testing (DOT or Non-DOT)
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing requirements
