## **Position Overview**

Huntleigh USA is currently seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented **Full-Time Janitors** to join our team at **Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT)**. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of designated airport facilities while ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for passengers, employees, and airport visitors.

## **Essential Responsibilities**

• Clean and sanitize airport terminals, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Restock restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain assigned work areas in accordance with company and airport cleanliness standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

## **Qualifications**

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and airport badging requirements.
• **Valid Driver's License required.**

## **Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying shifts as operational needs require.
