**JOB SUMMARY:**

Green Circle Growers has an immediate fulltime opening for a **Night Watchman/Maintenance**. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the staff and the buildings during assigned work hours. This is a schedule that works Monday through Friday, 8:00PM to 4:30AM and every other Saturday.

**JOB DUTIES:**

• Arrives to work on time and attends work on a regular basis with minimal absences.
• Develop and carry out an intermittent building security check schedule.
• Completes a log showing building checks noting security system(s) are functioning properly, any acts of vandalism, persons observed to be on company property, unlocked doors, suspected entries or malfunctions in security equipment.
• Checks all doors in and outside of buildings to be sure they are locked when vacant, locks doors found to be left unlocked, and reports unlocked doors to his supervisor via written notes or verbally on or before the next working day.
• Makes floor-by-floor check of all buildings once every two hours during the nightly work assignment and logs such patrols.
• Notifies police, fire department, or other appropriate authority of any situation requiring immediate or prompt attention.
• Is considerate, courteous, and treats others with respect.
• Drive Loader and other tractors
• Other duties, as may, from time to time be assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and follow written directions.
• Demonstrate aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Any other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Green Circle Growers may find appropriate and acceptable.
• Some maintenance skills required.
• Boiler skills a plus
