$27-$29 per hour, depending on experience!

**What You’ll Do:**

• Inspect agricultural and commercial tires to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
• Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment designed for large agricultural applications.
• Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
• Operate a service truck to complete on-site tire service calls at customer locations.
• Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize work, meet service deadlines, and support overall shop productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling large, heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors.

**What You Bring:**

• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
• Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle agricultural tires and equipment weighing more than 100 lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
