**What You’ll Do:**

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on daily store operations, including training, coaching, and managing employees.
• Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist as needed with services and repairs.
• Support achievement of sales targets and profitability goals at the location.
• Ensure the tire center operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new initiatives and strategic goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Regularly review safety protocols with the team and ensure consistent compliance with all safety procedures.

**What You Bring:**

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and other required operational software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
