**Job Summary**

**BOX Partners** has an immediate need for **Class A CDL Drivers** for our Elgin, Illinois distribution center, conveniently located near **I-90 and Randall Road**. This position is responsible for safely transporting products while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

**Schedule:**

• Monday – Friday
• **2:30 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.**

**Pay:**

• Starting at $32.00 per hour

**Duties and Responsibilities**

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport products to customers and distribution locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure freight as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and required DOT logs.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

## Qualifications
**Required Skills and Abilities**

• Valid **Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)** required.
• Previous commercial driving experience required.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Class A commercial driving experience required.
• Clean driving record preferred.

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to **50 pounds**.
• Ability to safely enter and exit the truck cab multiple times throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
