Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator

## Description

Job Duties

• Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership
• Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls
• Monitor leads for all departments and ensure that they have been answered within a
• timely manner (20-minutes for first response)
• Monitor and verify website inventory is being properly merchandised on individual
• websites as well on other lead provider websites (Autotrader, <Cars.com>, Craigslist)
• Social Media Management, Monitor your stores posting on Facebook and Twitter, Post
• common articles utilizing Hoot Suite
• Provide monthly campaign reporting for the marketing campaigns
• Point of contact for CRM tool and educate personnel on how to enter new employees
• into the system

## Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Automotive BDC experience preferred
• This position will require day/evening and Saturday flexibility
• Intermediate internet and computer skills needed
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Keyboard skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
