## Overnight Baker
**Responsibilities Include:**

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare all baked goods to Brand standards.
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited time offers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment such as ovens, filling machines, glazer and bake area
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

**Physical Demands/Working Conditions:**

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, including boxes, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)
• Working in a small space
