**Who Can Apply?**
- You must have worked at Morton Industries for at least 90 days. For leadership roles (e.g., Team Leader or Supervisor), a minimum of 6 months may be required, along with manager/supervisor endorsement.
- You must have fewer than 5 attendance points in the past 12 months.
- You must not have any disciplinary write-ups or warnings in the last 12 months.
- You should be meeting or exceeding expectations in your current role.

- **Assessment Results** – Based on any required assessments
- **Interview Performance** – Assessed by hiring manager/supervisor with HR input
HR works closely with the hiring manager/supervisor to evaluate candidates holistically, including input from current performance and behavior on the job.
**The Interview**
If selected to move forward, you’ll meet with a hiring manager/supervisor. HR may also be part of the interview. We’ll ask about your experience, goals, and your future desires.

We’ll look at your interview, assessment results, performance, and attendance. If you're chosen, we’ll offer you the promotion. If not, you’ll get helpful feedback so you can grow and be ready next time.
