Protein Research is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Production team as Entry-Level Machine Operators. If you enjoy working with equipment, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive, fast-paced environment—this role is for you!

This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a chance to play a key role in our production process while helping deliver high-quality nutraceutical products.

**What You’ll Do**

  • Assemble, disassemble, set up, and operate production filling machines
  • Make minor adjustments and fine-tune equipment to keep production running smoothly
  • Set up and monitor secondary equipment (printers, checkweighers, X-ray systems, metal detectors)
  • Handle and store heavy and delicate equipment components safely
  • Follow all production, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Accurately complete production paperwork, line checks, and weight documentation
  • Perform unit conversions (grams, kilograms, pounds) and packaging calculations
  • Calculate percentage yield and material loss
  • Submit maintenance requests when needed
  • Stay detail-focused, safety-minded, and quality-driven throughout every shift

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For**

  • High school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Basic math and mechanical skills with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to perform unit and weight conversions and calculate yields
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork clearly and accurately
  • Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a changing production environment
  • Physically capable of performing the duties associated with the role
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary workplace language
  • Bonus: Bilingual skills and forklift certification
