**Position Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Weigh Associate to manage the critical first step of our production process. You will be responsible for the high-precision weighing of raw materials according to strict product formulations. This role is vital to ensuring product quality, maintaining a sanitized work environment, and adhering to all FDA and GMP compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Precision Measurement: Accurately weigh raw materials using calibrated instruments (dial indicators, fixed/height gauges) in accordance with Master Manufacturing Records (MMR).
• Material Management: Pull inventory from the warehouse using ERP systems; verify "Released" status and packaging integrity before use.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and calibrate all equipment and blenders after each run. Ensure all storage containers remain covered and labeled.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of operational data and batch corrections on specified forms.
• Safety & Quality: Support a "safety-first" culture by complying with OSHA, SQF, and HACCP regulations. Report any discrepancies or material issues to Quality Control immediately.

## Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of related experience in food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; strong proficiency in industrial math (arithmetic/algebra).
• Certifications: Forklift Certification required.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of GMP/SQF standards and ERP software for inventory tracking.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; comfortable standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Communication: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
