CAPSULATION MACHINE OPERATOR

## Description

As a **Capsulation Machine Operator**, you’ll set up, operate, clean, and maintain capsulation equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys working with equipment and being part of a collaborative team.

**What You’ll Do**

• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain capsulation machines
• Follow work orders and manufacturing records
• Adjust machine settings for capsule size, speed, and material flow
• Inspect capsules throughout production to ensure quality
• Complete required production and cleaning documentation
• Move finished capsules to drying or storage areas
• Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation standards
• Meet or exceed production goals

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For**

• High school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Team‑focused, flexible, and dependable
• **Bonus:** Bilingual skills and forklift certification

**Work Environment**

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting with changing temperatures and moderate to high noise levels
• PPE required (gloves, masks, hairnets, uniforms, etc.)
