Operations Support Specialist - Stowe (Part-time)

## Description

As a leader in CNC machining and work truck and van upfits for over 90 years, we are searching for a part-time Operations Support Specialist to join our team at our **Stowe location**. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude and high attention to detail, and your attendance must be punctual and reliable. This person is vital to our daily operations so please do not apply if this does not describe your work ethic.

We operate a fast-paced facility driven by strict deadlines and high standards of quality and this person must be reliable and able to work 20 - 25 hours per week between Monday through Thursday. This hybrid role splits time between local parts delivery and internal shop support such as keeping our warehouse organized, vehicle and truck equipment movement, and maintaining our facility. The ideal candidate thrives in an active environment, manages multiple priorities easily, adapts to change easily, and takes pride in a safe, clean workplace.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE****:**

• Transport parts, tools, and equipment between Levan’s upfit locations and vendors safely and on time
• Work with internal truck upfit, repair, and parts departments to ensure a smooth workflow process
• Unload incoming shipments, verify packing slips, and inspect vehicles and parts for damage
• Organize incoming stock and place parts in their designated warehouse locations
• Accurately pull parts from inventory to support our technicians
• Perform miscellaneous light maintenance tasks around the building during downtime
• Keep walkways clear, organize communal tool areas, and sweep shop floors to maintain a safe work environment
• Other administrative duties may be assigned

## Qualifications
**REQUIREMENTS****:**

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• High accuracy in reading part numbers and matching inventory records
• Absolute reliability with a strong, consistent attendance record
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to operate a tow motor and load/unload truck equipment
• Do lawn/parking lot maintenance (cutting grass, snow removal, etc)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving history
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required

**COMPENSATION****:**

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. Work hours are flexible between Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm (20 - 25 hours/week). Additional hours may be available as needed.
