Assistant F&B Manager

The job holder is responsible to manage and continuously enhance lounge food and service operations by ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while optimizing manpower, controlling costs, and driving profitability. The role aims to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience through effective staff development, close coordination with Production, menu innovation, and proactive resolution of service and food quality issues in line with the Company quality and safety policies.
