Tech Technician - Development

Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or related field with 2+ years in optical/test industry. Experience in hardware/software integration preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution skills. Able to work independently and in teams, with capability to recommend and implement improvements. Familiar with networked PC-based systems.

Good understanding of electronics. Knowledge of USB, I2C, SPI, GPIB preferred. Experience with Minitab or equivalent; familiar with Gage R&R and SPC.

Handles assignments professionally and promptly. Demonstrates high ethics, reliability, and quality standards. Strong in planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
