Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in our new, largest production facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Warehouse Associate will ensure that all incoming shipments are received and accounted for. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for unpacking all food shipments and storing all of the food items that are used to produce our innovative, healthy prepared meals. Every production unit has a daily production target to support our stores in the local area. We operate 7 days a week therefore you must be flexible with your schedule to support the business needs.

What you will do…

  • Unpack all dry and fresh foods that will be used to create our healthy Snap Kitchen meals
  • Put all dry foods, produce, and meat into proper cold and dry storage areas
  • Receive, barcode, and stock all warehouse products
  • Record and maintain inventory counts
  • Work as a team player to meet production facility goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures

## Qualifications
Who you are…

  • Forklift experience required
  • Experience working in a production and warehouse environment, experience working in a USDA facility preferred
  • Comfortable standing on feet for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work weekend
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Flexible to work on other duties outside of your main responsibilities when needed and as assigned
  • Must be able to work in a chilled environment that is maintained below 40° when required
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, wipe, reach, bend and lift.
  • Subject to lifting up to 50lbs
  • Exposure to some potential food allergens such as shrimp, soy, nuts/nut products, and sesame.
