The Chef de Partie – A La Carte (IRD) is responsible for supervising and managing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all à la carte food served through the In-Room Dining operation. The role ensures all meals are prepared according to hotel standards, recipes, hygiene regulations, and guest preferences while maintaining consistency, quality, and timely service.
