Bus Driver (PT)

## Description

Georgia Military College is seeking experienced CDL drivers.

Passenger and School Bus (P S) endorsements are preferred, but GMC can assist interested CDL drivers in obtaining those certification/s as needed and with potential commitment requirements. Drivers will be responsible for the safe and reliable transport of prep school and college students along with faculty and staff primarily through the use of commercial coach buses. This position is on an "As Needed" basis for field trips, sporting events, etc.

**\*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.**

## Qualifications

**Requirements:**

• Must have high school diploma/GED equivalent
• Must have a valid Georgia State CDL
• At least one year of CDL (on the road) driving experience
• Must possess **OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN** Passenger & School Bus (PS) endorsements
• Must possess **OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN** valid bus driving certification/training (per state law)
