**MARYVILLE COLLEGE STAFF POSITION DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title:**TRIO Academic Coach

**Department:** TRIO Student Support Services

**Title of Immediate Supervisor**: Director, TRIO Student Support Services

**Funded Term / Work Cycle:** Grant-Funded; 11-Month Position

**Expected Daily Work Hours:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

**Expected Weekly Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday; 30 hours per week

**Pay Grade**: 5S

**Starting Salary Expectations**: $18.91 – $20.56 per hour, *with starting salary determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies.*
