Route Delivery Driver (Part - Time ) -Little Ferry, NJ

## Description
**We have an immediate opportunity for two Part Time Delivery Drivers in our Little Ferry, NJ location!**
BioTrans LLC is a global logistics provider specializing in cold chain transportation, technology and infrastructure for the life sciences industry.
**Position Shift 1:**Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday route driving early morning start times as early as 2:30 am. In state and out of state driving including city driving.
**Position Shift 2:**Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday route driving early morning start times as early as 4:00 am. In state and out of state driving including city driving.
**Delivery Driver Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

• Safely operate, load, unload and deliver freight utilizing a small box truck or cargo van.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time sensitive schedules that require detailed attention.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to navigate surrounding areas using GPS and comfortable with scanning devices.
• Comfortable climbing into and out of vehicles repeatedly with no difficulties.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed; evaluate and report issues through the appropriate parties (dispatch/ managers).
• Clean, wash and sanitize assigned vehicles

**Physical Requirements & Working Conditions**

• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling and squatting.
• Extended periods of sitting.

## Qualifications
**Minimum Requirements and Employee Expectations:**

• Must be 21+ years of Age
• Valid driver's license/ Real ID
• Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years for insurance purposes).
• Background check required.
• Ability to use smartphones and willingness to learn our company’s workflow-related applications
• Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks
