**Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our *Food Service Team.* Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.**

***Part Time Server Responsibilities:***

● Demonstrates knowledge of food preparation for modified diets based upon restrictions relating to age, nutrient, and texture modifications. Able to explain food safety issues appropriate for age.

● Adheres to Compass Park Department Policy and Procedures on Universal Precautions and patient isolation.

● Communicates any resident/ employee related problems to appropriate personnel.

● Ability to take orders, enter them into POS system. Ability to give excellent customer service.

● Follows board of Health and department sanitation procedures and maintains clean, sanitary working environment. Identifies and utilizes chemicals used, following directions recommended by manufacturers and per MSDS sheets.

***Part Time Server Requirements:***

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience preferred but not required
Must be 15 years of age
