• **What You'll Do**

• Lead the day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other affordable housing programs.
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident relations.
• Guide new development lease-ups from pre-leasing to full occupancy.
• Supervise on-site staff and partner with maintenance teams.
• Monitor property performance, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Help create welcoming communities where residents can thrive.

## Qualifications
**What We're Looking For**

• Experience in affordable housing property management.
• Knowledge of LIHTC compliance and resident certifications.
• Experience with lease-ups of new affordable housing communities.
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• LIHTC certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
