Oakworks is seeking to add an exceptional and experienced customer service representative to our team. Your drive and initiative to excel in a fast-paced, team oriented, and customer service environment will provide for a prosperous work arena. Your ability to handle multiple tasks such as obtaining, placing and submitting orders, tabulating pricing and shipment details and handling all customer requests will add to the team’s success. Opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth through account management. Future opportunity to serve as a point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

## Qualifications

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferred with 5 years proven customer service experience, preferably in the medical/manufacturing industry.
