**Available Shifts**
*\*All Full-time shifts are Monday-Friday and include a 1 hour lunch break*
*2-3 year olds- 8am-5pm (must be willing to potty train)*

## Qualifications
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary.
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and other caregiving responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning environment aligned with developmental best practices.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year of childcare/teaching experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!)
