**A Day in the Life:**
- Serve as the on-shift leader for the Concierge Services team, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution
- Coordinate shift coverage, assignments, and task delegation to maintain service excellence
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to concierge staff, reinforcing communication protocols, service standards, and hospitality best practices
- Monitor shift performance, document service requests and incident reports, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
- Support new employee training and onboarding, offering ongoing mentorship while reinforcing company culture and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accountability for safety procedures, policy compliance, and regulatory standards
- Assist in tracking departmental expenses, scheduling, and minor administrative functions
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, providing after-hours support for escalated concerns as scheduled
- Uphold and model Larksfield Place’s premier service standards with every resident, visitor, and teammate interaction

- **Qualifications:**
- At least three (3) years of experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, or related fields
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Experience using standard office equipment (e.g., computer, copier, phone systems)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required; additional hospitality or leadership training preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a physical exam and meet all vaccination and TB screening requirements
