**Who Are You?**

You are a compassionate and licensed **Registered Nurse (RN)** who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You understand the importance of communication, teamwork, and respect in providing healthcare that supports the dignity and well-being of every resident.

**A Day in the Life:**

  • Assess residents’ health needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement, evaluate, and revise care plans to ensure the best outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated, comprehensive care
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
  • Maintain clear and accurate medical records and documentation
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical nursing interventions as needed
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times

  • **Qualifications:**
  • **Valid RN license** in the State of Kansas – Required
  • **CPR Certification** – Required
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing – Preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, assessment, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
