WHAT CASE MANAGERS DO AT OUR SCHOOL

• Case Managers are the connectors, advocates, and problem-solvers at the heart of our work. They do not teach, which allows for student and family focus!
• Case Managers focus on their case loads (up to 17), either Middle or High School students, in a collaborative environment
• Are given due process days to complete paperwork!

WE OFFER

$37,500 - $70,000 depending on education and experience
## Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Possession of a valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education
• If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 Teaching License
• Experience with Google workspace applications or similar software necessary to complete required job tasks
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum
