WHAT SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKERS DO

• Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and develop IEP goals and individualized supports
• Provide direct and indirect social work services and counseling
• Provide crisis intervention, behavior support, and classroom consultation
• Partner with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community.

WE OFFER

$49,000 to $80,000 per school year depending on education and experience
## Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Licensed School Social Worker (or eligible for licensure)
• Experience working with middle and high-school students or 3-5 years clinical experience
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and/or with Mental Health
