**Primary Objectives of Position:**

• Apply product to customers’ lawn in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency
• Help achieve the company’s mission and goals
• Perform all tasks with excellent customer service

**Responsibilities of the Position:**

• Mix and handle pesticides
• Apply the pesticide mixture and fertilizer to customers lawns in a timely manner
• Maintain and clean equipment on a regular schedule
• Report any faulty equipment or product to appropriate personnel
• Attend training and cooperative meetings as required
• General maintenance of overall equipment
• All other duties as assigned

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Adhere to all company, federal and state policies and procedures.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. **We will assist in that process.**
• May be asked to work some Saturdays.
