**Primary Objectives of Position:**

• Sell, distribute, and market store items and products that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency
• Assist in achieving the cooperative’s mission and goals
• Perform tasks with outstanding customer service
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

**Responsibilities of the Position:**

• Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals
• Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures
• Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
• Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products
• Operate a cash till and be able to balance cash drawers
• Ensure that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance
• Maintain a clean and orderly store
• All other duties assigned by manager

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Excellent cash handling skills
• Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity
