**Position Summary**

Doonan Specialized Trailer is seeking skilled and dependable Production Welders to join our manufacturing team for night shift operations (3:30pm to 12:00am). This position is responsible for fabricating and welding trailer components according to engineering specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Essential Responsibilities**

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Select appropriate welding methods and equipment based on project requirements
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment
• Measure, align, and secure components using appropriate tools and fixtures
• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
• Inspect completed welds and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Identify and correct welding defects when necessary
• Use hand plasma cutting equipment as needed
• Operate grinders and other fabrication tools to prepare materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

**Qualifications**

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety

**Compensation & Benefits**

• Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour (based on experience) +$2.00 pay increase for night shift.

**Employment Requirements**

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
