**Groundskeeper**
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating picturesque surroundings? Are you passionate about making a visible impact on the world around you? As a Groundskeeper at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you’ll be the steward of our community’s outdoor spaces, ensuring they always look their best and feel welcoming to residents and guests alike.
**What You'll Do:**
- Maintain the landscaping and overall appearance of the property’s outdoor areas, including lawns, flower beds, walkways, and recreational spaces.
- Perform regular tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris, including trash pickup and snow removal as needed.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper operation.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, such as planting flowers in the spring or leaf removal in the fall.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring tools are in good working condition.
- Support the maintenance team with special projects or tasks as requested.
- Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.

- You enjoy working outdoors and have experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a similar role.
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained spaces.
- You’re self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- You’re dependable and adaptable, ready to tackle tasks as priorities shift.
- You’re comfortable using landscaping tools and equipment and can follow safety protocols.
- Physical work doesn’t faze you, and you’re ready to handle tasks that require lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
