**Property Manager**

As a Property Manager at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your expertise to the table, oversee a thriving community, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
**What You'll Do:**
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
- Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
- Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
**What Makes You a Great Fit:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
- You’ve successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
- You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
- You’re tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
- You’re the kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities and brings creative solutions to the table.
