**Qualifications:**To thrive as a **Grille Chef**, you’ll bring the following to the table

• **Education:** High school diploma or GED required.
• **Experience:** Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• **Skills:** Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
• **Attitude:** A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service every shift.
