## Description
Craig Swapp & Associates, a leading Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for a Spanish speaking Investigator for our Meridian, ID office. The Investigator meets with the potential clients to make an initial assessment of the case, gather information and evidence, answers questions, and ensures the Firm’s contract is understood and signed. We are looking for a candidate with confidence, great communication and persuasion skills who displays a strong attention to detail. We are seeking an individual who is able to work within tight schedules and deadlines and have empathy for those who have been injured.
Responsibilities include
- Interviews with potential clients to obtain information or facts pertaining to the case or claim.
- Explains and finalizes representation contract with client.
- Consults with legal counsel regarding complex issues.
- Obtains video or photographic evidence and documents related to the case and submits reports and evidence to the Firm.
- Helps out in the office and other duties as assigned.
The annual salary range is between $43,000 to $48,000 per year to start with regular bonuses when monthly goals are met. In addition, the Investigator position comes with the full time use of a company vehicle, as well as a company credit card for gas and other expenditures necessary to do the job.

## Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within tight schedules and deadlines.
- Flexible schedule and availability to travel.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and to work independently.
- General computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Needles case management software.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong personal focus on meeting or exceeding individual, department, and Firm goals.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented work environment.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
- Must be bi-lingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
