**What You'll Do:**

  • Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to deliver exceptional patient service.
  • Ensure patients are greeted warmly and receive a positive, professional experience.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and payment collection.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide training, and assist with onboarding new team members.
  • Manage front desk schedules and help maintain appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve workflows and support efficient office operations.

## Qualifications
**What We're Looking For**

  • Previous experience in a medical front office, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification, referrals, patient scheduling, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems (experience with eCW is a bonus)
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care and team support.
