Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

**How the Prep Cook works with the Team:**

Responsible for the safe handling and preparation of our food products for our guests in a clean and professional manner.

**Team Member Responsibilities:**

| - Consistently prepare our food as laid out in the recipes and station guides - Handle, store and serve food in a safe manner following all Mountain Creek and Health Department safety procedures - Maintain clean working station - Be well versed in Food & Beverage policies and procedures - Consistently set up, maintain, and break down workstations - Cross training in other roles to fill in as needed - Follow portion control and cooking time guidelines - Able to use Slicer, Combi Oven and Deep Fryer - Use char broiler, and salamander to prepare food to proper temperature - Create sauces from scratch according to recipe - Understand and follow daily production guidelines - Rotate products on a first in first out basis - Perform other duties as assigned by Manager **Team Member Qualifications:** |
