We are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to support our manufacturing operations by overseeing the shipping of finished products, monitoring orders, and leading a team of dedicated personnel.

**What You’ll Do**

In this role, you’ll work closely with production, management, and quality teams to support daily manufacturing needs.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Oversee daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, contracts, packing slips, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate packaging, labeling, documentation, and transportation logistics for customer shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels, assess stock condition, and maintain shipping supplies and warehouse materials
  • Operate and oversee material handling equipment to move product throughout the facility safely and efficiently
  • Monitor customer orders, revisions, and work-in-progress status within ERP/MRP systems and customer portals
  • Coordinate facility, equipment, and warehouse maintenance activities, including forklifts, vehicles, and production support equipment
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve productivity, communication, and operational performance
  • Train, support, and oversee warehouse personnel to ensure safe work practices and job performance expectations are met
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For**

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field (*education, technical training, or internships will be considered*).
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 – 12 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education an experience

**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers to handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, balance, carry, and handle materials throughout the day.
  • Occasionally lift up to **50 lbs**
  • Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors
  • Proper PPE required and provided
