We are seeking a **Kitter** to support our manufacturing operations by issuing and tracking parts, conducting daily cycle counts, and performing inspection functions to support our Quality Assurance standards.

**What You’ll Do**

In this role, you’ll work closely with production, assembly, and quality control teams to support daily manufacturing needs.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

• Issue detailed parts, hardware, shelf life, and consumables per job traveler
• Pre-kit subassembly jobs and other jobs when released
• Communicate cross-departmentally on the status of jobs
• Conduct daily cycle counts
• Manage shelf-life materials by recording critical information into our ERP system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory
• Perform inspection functions and stamp issuance from Quality Assurance
• Adhere to all Quality Management System procedures and instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment while observing all applicable safety rules and regulations

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For**

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field (*education, technical training, or internships will be considered*).
• High School degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow

**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand; walk; sit; use hands/fingers to handle/feel; reach with hands and arms; climb; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; reach; pull; balance; carry; handle materials throughout the day.
• Occasionally lift up to **50 lbs**
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
• Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors
• Proper PPE required and provided
