We’re looking for an experienced **Lead Residential Electrical Remodel Installer** to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of residential remodel projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship, while guiding and mentoring apprentices along the way.

## Qualifications
**What makes you stand out?**

• You have 5+ years of residential electrical experience (remodel experience preferred)
• You’ve completed an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent training (preferred)
• You own and are proficient with your basic hand and power tools
• You know electrical systems, NEC requirements, and safety standards inside and out
• You’re dependable, with reliable transportation to and from job sites
• You can pass a drug screen and background check
• You’re a mentor at heart; willing to guide apprentices and share your knowledge

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

• Leading and performing electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs for residential remodel projects
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications with confidence
• Ensuring all work meets local and national electrical codes
• Communicating effectively with superintendents, homeowners, and other trades
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized worksite
• Training and mentoring apprentices while leading by example
