LAKEWOOD FACILITIES SPECIALIST

## JOB DESCRIPTION

**Responsibilities:**

• Executes tasks related to general upkeep and maintenance of a single Sender One facility at the direction of the Facilities Supervisor;
• Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
• Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing;
• Exemplifies Sender One's core values;
• Help fellow coworkers, keep each other accountable, and communicate efficiently;

**Industry Experience:**

• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment necessary to maintaining the facility including hand & power tools;
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, comfortable working at heights above 10 feet, have visual acuity in order to operate machinery, work in a variety of physical conditions, and follow all required safety procedures
• Knowledge of the climbing gym industry
• Highly organized and comfortable recording and tracking information and data.

**Time Commitment:**

• Must be fully available to work at 11 - 16 hours per work week;
• Must be able to work mornings;
• Check-in with Facility Supervisor once per week
• Possibility for facility emergencies that will need immediate attention
• Must be able to attend the Mandatory All Staff Quarterly meetings.
