## Description

**BlueForce Inc.** is seeking a **Wargame Project Manager** in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming. The **Wargame Project Manager** will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis. Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Directly supports the government game lead to organize and manage wargame development, planning, administration, and execution to achieve game objectives; recommends and implements management decisions
  • Contributes to development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans
  • Contributes to wargame design implementation to include wargame administration, scenarios, force structures, order of battle, and manning
  • Manages data collection during wargame events
  • Manages post‐game analysis and drafting of wargame reports
  • Manages development of post‐game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Assists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as appropriate
  • Maintains currency in wargame design and execution methodologies

## Qualifications
**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Graduate Degree.
  • A minimum of 16 years military experience with at least 4 years in a Higher Headquarters organization (i.e. Combatant Command (CCMD), Major Command (MAJCOM), Air Operations Center, etc.) or equivalent.
  • In addition, 2 years of experience in wargaming, concept development, operational planning, and/or strategic assessments.
  • Demonstrated or documented experience and performance in organizational leadership roles and/or managing complex, multi-faceted projects is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Top-secret with SCI eligibility.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Working knowledge of the Joint Planning process is desired.
