Senior Mechanical Engineer

**Position Summary -** We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and integration of mechanical systems at a system level. This role focuses on defining scalable, high-performance mechanical architectures and collaborating across teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Define and develop mechanical system architecture aligned with product and business requirements
• Lead integration of mechanical components into cohesive systems across disciplines (R&D, electrical, manufacturing)
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and design standards
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, CSA, NSF)
• Drive design reviews, validation strategy, and issue resolution
• Support project planning, timelines, and technical decision-making

## Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar Engineering (or relevant work experience)
• 5+ years in mechanical design with system-level experience
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
• Experience integrating complex mechanical systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory standards
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with manufacturing and electromechanical devices is preferred
